Terms of Service

We like to keep things as simple as possible… life is way too complicated as it is. We hope these policies are helpful, however we welcome your input and suggestions which you may forward to us at getspace@tradeshowwall.com

Acquiring Space on The Tradeshow Wall

When you acquire wall space on The Tradeshow Wall you are entering into a simple agreement with us. Your acquisition of wall space does not in any way convey any real property or ownership value in The Tradeshow Wall.

A Few Basics

  1. All Wall space requests must be approved by us and we reserve the right to reject a request if we deem the space to be inappropriate or otherwise unacceptable as determined solely by us. Most requests will be accepted... but some may not. If you have questions in advance about this, please contact us.
  2. While the Wall is intended to be an effective and useful reference and marketing vehicle for the benefit of both visitors and spaceholders, it is important that it maintain a high standard of visual engagement and artwork quality. For more guidelines on this, visit our Wall Space Artwork page. If you would like to take advantage of our creative services, we offer custom, high-end Wall space artwork for a nominal fee.

An Optional Wall Space Management Account* on The Tradeshow Wall will allow you to:

  1. Upload and change an image on your Wall space as often as you like (subject to our usual Artwork Guidelines).
  2. Modify your popup description as often as you like.
  3. Change your URL clickthrough as often as you like.

NOTE: A Wall Space Management Account is NOT necessary to receive and populate your FREE Wall space... So go for it.

Your acquisition of wall space on The Tradeshow Wall does not allow you to:

  1. Upload or display inappropriate images not related to the content on the Wall to be determined solely at our discretion. You should know what this means. We reserve the right to reject or remove any image that in our sole opinion does not meet high graphic standards or is otherwise unacceptable in any other way.
  2. Hack into our system or in any way disrupt or degrade the software platform that serves The Tradeshow Wall and related sites.

Your acquisition of wall space on The Tradeshow Wall is subject to the following:

  1. Wall space acquisitions are permanent.
  2. You may cancel and relinquish your wall space at any time, and that space may be offered to another wall spaceholder.
  3. You may transfer your space to another party for their use however such transfer must ultimately be approved by us.

There may be things that are beyond our control like:

  1. Server or internet failure
  2. Software malfunction
  3. Acts of war and other unpleasant stuff

We’ll always do our best to make sure everything is working properly and you get the very best service possible (which is in everybody’s best interest)... but don’t ask for compensation if any of these things happen because there will be… no compensation.

* We always install and manage your free Wall space after your request is approved. You can order an Optional Wall Space Management Account if you so choose (for a very nominal cost) after your Wall space has been approved. However, this is not a requirement for receiving a free Wall space.
